To improve Flynn’s ability to receive with back foot and the movement to create the space to receive.
Receiving the ball with back foot Set 2:
Now we look at the end product once Flynn has completed the movement to create the space to receive with the back foot. Can Flynn now exploit a different square within the grid to play back to the coach. This gives the session more realism, and its important to give them the opportunity to make decisions. As that’s what they face come game day.
